Keeping data logs on all three structures since beginning of May. An email was received from DNR; they use Hyfi for measuring, and the numbers are off. The DNR sent a survey crew and acknowledged they are not maintaining at the correct level. The DNR are using 88 datum, and the county is using 29 datum. Another meeting is being set up. DNR has no intention of inserting any stop logs at this time. Upon visiting the structure, safety is of high concern, and Commissioner Wolfsen and Chair Sensor feel that public access should be eliminated. It poses a danger to the public and the structure.
