Minutes of Sept. 15 meetings approved unanimously. 2. Board notified an Accessory Dwelling Unit site plan review request from the Whittier family on Hamilton Drive has been withdrawn. Nonetheless, the board will develop a “site plan review light” process for site protected ADUs. Phyllis will prepare a draft version of the current site plan review process ahead of our next meeting. 3. At 7 p.m., the seventh session of a public hearing for a special permit for BlueWave agri-voltaic solar farm on Roaring Brook Road. There was discussion of BW’s latest modification to its proposal — moving the equipment pad to behind the Boyden Farm’s dairy barns and addition of screening just north of the pad. Jeff asked that BW also add some screening to the south. George asked BW to restore screening near the intersection of Route 116 and Roaring Brook Road, which it had removed when it moved the equipment pad, saying they thought that screening was just to mask the equipment pad. Prior minutes approval A motion was made by Sue to approve the prior minutes for the September 23rd meeting. Hazel seconded. Minutes were approved unanimously. Board Check In Nothing to report. Activity coordinator check-in Janet Ryan went over the music line up. Five parking spaces will be reserved in the handicap parking lot on Academy Hill Road for musicians. A parking attendant will be needed for the entire day to ensure only handicap and musicians park in this lot. Jim Recore reported that Helen Baker has donated four gift certificates to be used for the kids’ skillet toss prizes on Saturday. 2 Aimee reported she has volunteers lined up for the art show. This year attendees will be able to vote for a People’s Choice Award of the displayed artwork. Aimee was made aware of the road closure for the road race on Saturday. She asked that handicapped patrons be allowed to drive to the library to access the elevator if needed during this time. The officers on duty will be made aware.
