Chairman Robby Sims stated that Mr. Harbour was back this month to get Approval to start constructing his
building since he had only been told he could do dirt work on the property. At the March Meeting Mr. Harbour
was told he needed to have Architectural Plans turned into the City. Mr. Harbour told the Commission he did not
want to do that and that he would downsize his Building. At the end of March’s meeting a Motion was made to
