June 18, 2026 minutes MINUTES TOWNSHIP OF PENNSAUKEN PUBLIC COMMITTEE MEETING June 18, 2026 Pennsauken Township Public Committee Meeting was held at the Municipal Building located at 2400 Merchantville Ave Pennsauken, NJ 08110 on Thursday, June 18, 2026. The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Olivo at 6:00 pm. The meeting commenced with a roll call by the Township Deputy Clerk. NOTE: Committeeman DiBattista and Deputy Clerk Matos were both absent from meeting. PRESENT: Committeewoman Roberts, Committeewoman Rafeh, Deputy Mayor Martinez and Mayor Olivo. Also, present were Township Administrator Tim Killion, Township Clerk Pamela Scott-Forman, and Chris Orlando Esq. Mayor Olivo called for the Salute to the Flag to be followed by a Moment of Silence. Mayor also announced the meeting complies with the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act.” ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE “SENATOR BYRON M. BAER OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT” Published on December 26, 2025 in Retrospect and on December 28, 2025 in the Courier Post and on January 2, 2026, in both the Retrospect and the Courier Post along with posting it to the Township website. June 9, 2026 MINUTES OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PENNSAUKEN The meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Pennsauken, County of Camden, State of New Jersey was held on the above date at the Municipal Building, 2400 Merchantville Avenue, Pennsauken, New Jersey. Chairwoman Trudy Painter called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. Roll call showed the following members to be present: Shakir Ali, Beverly Burris, Melvin Little, Thomas Doriety, Bill Lunemann, Hanan Rafeh, Greg Hannah, Mayor Patrick Olivo and Chairwoman Trudy Painter, constituting a quorum. Also present were: Ryan MacNeill, Engineer; Chirstopher Dochney, Planner; Dana Surgner, Planning and Zoning Assistant; Frank Piarulli, Solicitor; and Mary Leonard, Secretary.
