1. Meeting Opened
Chair Paul Bertler verified the presence of a quorum and opened the meeting at 5:46pm.
2. Approval of Minutes
Paul Bertler made a motion to approve the minutes of June 13, 2026 after correction of typos. Meaghan
Puglisi seconded. All voted in favor. Minutes were approved.
3. Discussion of Reduction in Committee Size
After a brief discussion, the committee agreed to request that the Select Board reduce the size of the
committee from a seven-member committee to a five-member committee. The committee is down to four
members, making it challenging to reach a quorum, and the reduction would still allow for the addition of
an additional member. Jeff Wentzell agreed that this made sense and that he would take it to the Select
Board
4. Charter Drafting Working Session
Gary Goldberg led a review of Article 11, Financial & Fiscal Procedures, looking at the initial August 2025
