Regular Meeting Minutes
August 20th, 2026
A Regular Meeting of the Library Advisory Board was held at 5:30PM on the 20th day of
August 2026, in the Program Room at Page Public Library. Chair Stacey Shropshire
presided. Cindy Stafford, Terrie Simmons, Cheryl Weiss, Jenise Bartholomew, Camille
Hammond, Marie Cloutier were present.
Chair Stacey Shropshire called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Staff members present: Operations and Support Supervisor, Cimmaron Shiflett;
Community Services Director, Debbie Winlock.

Motion made by Marie Cloutier to approve the Minutes from the July 16th, 2026,
meeting. The motion was seconded by Cindy Stafford and passed unanimously upon a

A Regular Meeting of the Page City Council was held at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of
August 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall in Page, Arizona. Mayor Steven
Kidman presided. Vice Mayor Mike Farrow, and Councilors Amanda Hammond (via
Zoom), Kenna Hettinger (via Zoom), Tom Preller, John Kocjan, and Debi Roundtree (via
Zoom) were present. There was a moment of meditation. Mayor Kidman led the Pledge
of Allegiance.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City of
Page Airport Advisory Board and the general public that the Page Airport Advisory Board will hold a
meeting open to the public in Page City Hall located at 697 Vista Avenue, Page, Arizona.
Members of the Airport Advisory Board will attend either in person or virtually.

REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2026
A Regular Meeting of the Airport Advisory Board was held at 5:30PM on the 8" day of
June, 2026, in the Council Chambers at Page City Hall. C o - Chair Sean Brown presided.
Board members Vernon Randel, Michael Preller, and Neil Salmi were present. Board
members Justin Feldman and Scott Golba were present via Zoom. Chair Mario
Bevilacqua Gunderrode and Council Liaison Mike Farrow were absent.
Co-Chair Sean Brown called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Staff members present: City Manager Frank Marbury and Airport Director Lore Davis-
McCluskey
MINUTES
Motion was made by Vernon Randel to approve the minutes from April 13, 2026 and
May 11, 2026. The motion was seconded by Sean Brown and passed unanimously
upon a vote.
REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Airport Director Lore Davis-McCluskey provided information and updates. There was
discussion.
Andrew Chevalier of Contour Airlines shared a monthly update via zoom. There was
discussion.
HEAR FROM THE CITIZENS
Citizens Paul Williams and Craig Heyliger, both representing Avis Car Rental, elected to
speak during New Business: Item B, Review of New Concessionaire Agreement.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
There was no unfinished business.

A. Airport Parking Signage. There was discussion. A motion was made by Sean Brown
to advise City Council to put up 14-day Parking signs in the airport parking lot. The
