City Council
The City Council will hold a public hearing on issuing industrial revenue bonds and a tax phase-in for a massive 1.1 million square foot industrial facility at 175th Street and Hedge Lane. They will also vote on rezoning 7.7 acres for Lone Elm Townhomes, issuing up to $6.6 million in bonds for a retail project on Cherry Street, and amending the residential building code. Several routine consent items include bond sales, software contract renewals, and infrastructure agreements.
