Goldfield Ave. Yerington, NV 89447. Present: Commission President Steve Douglas Commissioner Eric Bodenstein Commissioner Keith Trout Commissioner Leo Solari, Jr Public Works Director Paul Shapiro City Manager Jerry Bryant Planning Commission Secretary Stacey Larsen Absent: Commissioner Travis Crowder Commissioner Micah Triplett City Attorney Chuck Zumpft AGENDA: Action may be taken only on those items denoted “For Possible Action.” 1. Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance – President of the Planning Commission, Commissioner Douglas called the meeting to order and administered the Pledge of Allegience. 2. Public Participation – Community Member Robin Biggs spoke, stating that the Yerington Planning Commission is in violation of open meeting laws, as is the Yerington City Council and Lyon County Commissioners and Ms. Biggs asked what is going on with our water and solar farms.
