The Yerington Planning Commission held a public meeting on the 22nd day of July, 2026, beginning at
4:00 p.m. at City Hall 14 E. Goldfield Ave. Yerington, NV 89447.

President of the Planning Commission, Commissioner Douglas called the meeting to order and
administered the Pledge of Allegience.
2. Public Participation –
Community Member Robin Biggs spoke, stating that the Yerington Planning Commission is in violation
of open meeting laws, as is the Yerington City Council and Lyon County Commissioners and Ms. Biggs
asked what is going on with our water and solar farms. Ms. Biggs said the board is out of compliance
with Nevada Law and she doesn’t know who is on the board. She then stated the Yerington Paiute Tribe

President Douglas asked for public comment. There was none at this time.
3. Agenda Approval
Commissioner Bodenstein make a motion to approve the agenda for the June 24, 2026 meeting as
presented, seconded by Commissioner Solari. President Douglas asked for public comments, there were
no public comments and the motion was carried unanimously.
4. Minutes of May 27, 2026 meeting
Commissioner Triplett made a motion to approve the minutes for the May 27, 2026 meeting with
the following errors corrected. Item number five needs YMV Development, LLC replaced with Vincent
and Jessica Arrighi, seconded by Commissioner Bodenstein. President Douglas asked for public comments,
there were no public comments and the motion was carried unanimously.
5. Staff Reports
President Douglas asked for Staff Reports. City Manager Bryant stated there are no reports at this
time.
