contiguous parcels. The property consists of Hamilton County Auditor parcel ID 651-0011-
0033 (a two-family home in an R-1 zoning district fronting Moeller Avenue) and parcel ID
651-0011-0368 (a vacant lot in an Office zoning district fronting Montgomery Road).
I move the Norwood Planning Commission (approve, table, continue, or deny.) transferring a 9-
foot by 50-foot strip of land from parcel 651-0011-0033 to parcel 651-0011-0368

The Council for the City of Norwood met in a regular session on the above date with Mr. Joseph Geers
presiding. The meeting opened with a moment of reflection and the Pledge of Allegiance.

There were several changes made to the agenda, including updating the date for the Engagement, Communication,
& Outreach committee to June 2, 2026, updated exhibit for appropriations, adding the committee report of the
Parks, Recreation, and Public Places Committee, and removing the Law and Ordinance Committee report.
On a motion made by Ms. Bowling, seconded by Ms. Hoover, it was moved to amend the agenda as stated. All
members present voted, “yes.” The motion passed.
