formally executed between the City and the Downtown CRA when the debt was incurred.
The Downtown CRA has been making the required debt payments, with the remaining debt
anticipated to be fully paid in July 2027.
Staff noted that the remaining debt payments are included in the upcoming fiscal year
budget and that the proposed agreement is intended to formalize the existing arrangement
and address the audit finding.
