Request Approval of Joint City-CRA Interlocal Agreement Regarding Repayment of Capital Improvement Note, Series 2018 Staff presented a request for approval of a Joint City/CRA Interlocal Agreement related to repayment of the debt associated with the Third and Baker grass parking lot improvements completed in 2018.
