County of Monterey Planning Commission
The Monterey County Planning Commission will review the FY 2026/27 Capital Improvement Program for General Plan consistency and hold public hearings on three land use items. These include allowing recurring recreational events at the Sheriff's Posse grounds in Salinas, amending a subdivision map and use permit for the Ranch Club at Santa Lucia Preserve in Carmel, and a project on the Nunnelee property (cut off in the agenda).
