The Monaca Borough Council held its reorganization meeting, swearing in elected officials and unanimously electing John Booher Jr. as Council President and Justin LaPearle as Vice President. The council approved numerous reappointments, including the borough solicitor, engineer, and various board members, and set 2026 salaries for the borough manager, police chief, and other employees. All motions passed unanimously except the Beaver County Humane Society contract, which passed 8-1.
