Council to consider final approval of Midtown Village PUD development
The Town Council will hold second readings of three ordinances and consider a resolution to approve the final development plan, subdivision plat, rezoning, and PUD agreement for the Midtown Village Planned Unit Development. Other business includes amendments to municipal code penalties and the Eagle Valley Transportation Authority IGA, a temporary license agreement for a shade structure, and a request to continue the Tennessee Pass Rail Corridor Preservation item.
