Call to order Chairman Cammuso called the Board of Assessor Meeting to Order at 5:30PM
1. The Board reviewed and voted on the Minutes of the June 02, 2026, meeting. Vice Chairperson
Moroski motioned to accept June 02, 2026, Meeting Minutes as written. Clerk Proodian
seconded the motion. The vote to approve the minutes passed unanimously.

Mr. Jay R Patel of 18 Clearview addressed the Board of the issue regarding being billed for a
finished basement that he has not had. Principal Assessor Tran confirmed this error was fixed in
FY26. Mr. Patel asked the Board to ao something for him in the three (3) years he was
overvalued. The Board explained that due to Massachusetts State Laws (MGL) we cannot go
back in time only forward. Principal Assessor Tran confirmed that after inspection of the
property there is no finished basement and the property card reflects that.
