Town Council to vote on zoning changes and development agreements
The Moncks Corner Town Council will hold a regular meeting to decide on several zoning map amendments, a conditional zoning request, and two development agreements. within the proposed subdivision . The Applicant, Davis McNair of McNair Design &
Development, estimated the proposed dwellings will be priced in the mid three -
hundred thousand dollars.
Commissioner Pipkin asked if Impact Fees would be applicable to the proposed
subdivision. Mr. Westbrook responded, yes.

Council to hold first readings on two development agreements on US Hwy 52 for 127 acres
The council will hold first readings on two large mixed-use development agreements along US Highway 52 totaling 127 acres, and consider a text amendment to architectural standards. Other new business includes engineering proposals for Main Street parking and the California Branch crossing, a Winter Street drainage contract, intergovernmental agreements for Heatley Street parking and Dr. William Lacey Memorial Park, and pre-construction services for Town Hall and Fire Station 1.
