The Board of Commissioners approved a bond order authorizing up to $8.5 million in water and sewer revenue bonds for the Adron Thompson Building renovation and expansion project. The board also approved the consent agenda, which included rezoning 202 Holiday Park Road from General Commercial to Neighborhood Business, accepting public streets in Elfin's Pond, and approving traffic calming measures for Lakeshore Drive. All votes were 4-0, with Commissioner Evelyn Lloyd absent.
