Gilbert and Development Services Director Andrew Bryant presented an amendment to Chapter 50 of the
Lincoln County Code of Ordinances to establish a formal variance process under Stage 2 drought
restrictions. The ordinance was drafted in response to board feedback following the June 15th drought
