The Limerick Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Ordinance 438, amending the zoning chapter to allow data centers, and Ordinance 439, updating the vehicles and traffic chapter. They also approved a conditional use for 442 N Lewis Road, appointed two new police officers, and approved a $730,205.59 bills list. Several other items were approved unanimously, including adding QNB Bank as a depository and appointing a conflict solicitor.

The Limerick Township Board of Supervisors approved the final plan resolution for the Hawthorne Square subdivision (SLD #25-02) at 311-327 W. Ridge Pike, with a 4-1 vote; Supervisor Morroney opposed. The board also appointed Regina Jelski as an auxiliary police officer, approved the bills list of $433,014.94, and authorized advertisements for public hearings on amendments to the vehicles and traffic ordinance (Chapter 170) and the zoning ordinance (Chapter 184) regarding data centers. The meeting included a public hearing on the Verizon cable franchise renewal, which was closed with no public comment.
