Zoning Hearing Board

The Lansdale Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2026, to consider two special exception applications. Kevin Lee seeks approval to operate a senior meal preparation and catering business at 628 E. Main Street in the Commercial District. Imaan Academy requests to use 512 W. 3rd Street as a preschool in the Business District, along with variances for insufficient lot area, width, side yard, reduced parking, and no loading zone. After public testimony, the board will vote on both applications.
