gaslighting and a false police report, and how the public sees his mental health on
social media.
Harvey Freebird spoke about Councilmember Lowry making a false police report with
the Galveston Police Department and social media posts stalking and harassing people's
kids and families.
Zane, from Philadelphia, PA, spoke on upholding the Constitution and the citizen's right
to criticize public officials.
