Webb called to order a Public Hearing. No one appeared before the Board. A motion was made by
Skwor and seconded by Diehl, to close the Public Hearing regarding Ordinance 26-055 modifying
Chapter 47 (Pier Depth) of the Village Municipal Code. Motion carried.
Webb called the Board meeting to order and certified compliance with the open meeting law.
A motion was made by Skwor, and seconded by Diehl, to adopt meeting agenda. Motion carried.
