City Council adopts major zoning amendment and approves multiple contracts
The La Habra City Council will adopt the second reading of Ordinance No. CC 2026-05, which amends numerous sections of the municipal zoning code. It will also approve several contract awards and amendments, including a traffic signal pole replacement, a perimeter fence at Vin Scully Centennial Park, and storm‑drain repairs. The council will receive the final status report for the Coyote Creek and Imperial Channel Improvement Project and release a retention payment of $374,867.99 to the contractor. Additional items include compensation‑plan resolutions and a public‑outreach agreement with Cornerstone Communications.
