The Terrebonne Parish Veterans’ Memorial District Board held its regular monthly meeting on
Monday, June 15, 2026 at the Regional Military Museum beginning at 4:30 p.m.
Board members present : George Bourg, Riley Gros, Anne Parr, Gus Marie, Michael Sears,
Jimmy Truitt, Kim Lirette, Kenneth St. Germaine (arrived at 4:39 p.m.), Mike Lausen (arrived at
5:00 p.m.)
Board members absent: None.
I. Welcome and Call to order [George Bourg].
II. Roll call. Quorum established [George Bourg].
III. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance [Riley Gros].
IV. Public comments. The chair called for public comments. No speaker cards were
received.
V. Approval of Minutes. Upon motion by Riley Gros, seconded by Michael Sears, the
Board voted to dispense with the reading of the m inutes of the previous meeting.
Motion carried.
VI. Financial Report & Fiscal Matters. All financial reports prepared by the accountant,
Sonja Labat , were approved . Motion by Michael Sears, seconded by Kim Lirette.
Motion carried. Upon motion by Michael Sears, seconded by Riley Gros, the Board
voted to table the review of the LAMP account until the next meeting. Motion carried.
