and members of the agency Logan Berthelot, Randy Hidalgo, Julie Fisher, Carl Saizan,
Heather Mitchell, Stephanie Richardson and Cindy Eidson. No public comments were
recorded at this time.
Ill. | Review the current status of the rule promulgation by Lisa
Henson.
The rules have been returned to the agency by Ms. Henson and are currently under
internal review. Since additional adjustments are being made to the statutes, further
amendments to the rules will be necessary before they can be presented to the board
for promulgation. A work group is meeting to expedite the process, and another working
group meeting is planned for December.

VIII. 2024/2025 Audit Update (Stephanie Richardson/ Logan Berthelot)
Stephanie Richardson provided the board with a brief update on the 2024 and 2025
audits. The 2024 audits are complete, with 239 companies audited. Overall, industry
compliance is improving. 50% of companies had no findings this year, compared to only
20% last year. The 2025 audits are scheduled to begin in a few weeks.
