CALL TO ORDER: Tracie Woods, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM. SWEARING IN OF NEW MEMBERS: Matt Tessier, Deputy Director, administered the oath of office to new LETA member, Dr. Judy Armstrong, appointed by the President of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
