APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion made by Taylor “Ted” Miller and second by Donnie Schilling to approve the minutes of the December 18, 2025, meeting. The motion carried.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
Mrs. Estay read the December 2025 and January 2026 financial reports. Copies of which were distributed to each member. She discussed the checking balance of $140,919.36; income assessments $6,164.48; Interest $486.67; expenses $3,283.48 for December 2025. Mrs. Estay also discussed the checking balance of $131,612.66; income assessments $7,744.46: Interest $465.36; expenses $17,516.52 for January 2026.
A motion was made by Stewart Leblanc and seconded by Taylor Miller to approve the December 2025 and January 2026 financial reports. The motion carried.
