2309 Eggert Road – Site Plan Review and SUP.
Discussion was held and Committee members were advised that this
project involves a stand-alone drive-up ATM facility proposed to be located in the
parking lot of the Sheridan-Eggert Plaza. This will be an uninhabited facility under
4,000 square feet and therefore, any Town Board or Planning Board actions may be
considered a Type II activity under SEQRA. However, the application is being reviewed
for possible variances, including vehicle stacking or setback conditions. Therefore,
Committee members reviewed the EAF for the project prepared by Steve Movalli of
Scheid Architecture, and completed Part 2. Members also discussed lighting, security,
traffic flows and how the use determination is that the facility is an accessory use to the
primary shopping plaza.
