The Greer City Council will hold its regular meeting with several action items, including the second and final reading of an ordinance to annex property owned by First Citizens Bank & Trust on Highway 101 South and zone it Commercial Corridor. Council to consider $33M utility bond, city hall renovation, two annexations
The Greer City Council will hold a regular meeting including public forum, approval of minutes, and special recognitions. They will vote on second readings for two annexation ordinances: 209 Windsor Road (rezoned to Suburban Neighborhood) and 1471 West Wade Hampton Boulevard (rezoned to Commercial Corridor).
