Mayor Bergquist called the Board of Trustees meeting to order at 6:13
P.M. in the Town Hall Board Room.
Mayor Bergquist led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Bergquist requested that all cell phones be turned off during the
meeting.
Present: Mayor Bergquist; Mayor Pro-Tem Arntson; Trustees Causseaux,
Finch, Miller, Mills, Schoenherr; Town Manager Kudron; and Town Clerk
Carrell.
None.
Mayor Bergquist reported that she could not believe July was already
coming to an end and noted that the Town was nearing the conclusion of
the busy summer season. She expressed appreciation to residents and
visitors for their kindness and consideration during a busy period marked
by increased traffic and activity. Mayor Bergquist noted that the Town’s
restaurants had been open and thriving and that it had been wonderful to
see the community happy and joyful. She encouraged everyone to finish
July strong and looked forward to the upcoming month of August.

Emily Weber, Contract Planner with Ayres Associates, presented Resolution

commercial and residential development located at 900 Grand Avenue. The
proposed development includes approximately 2,000 square feet of commercial
space on the ground floor and two residential units on the upper floors.
Ms. Weber reviewed the application and the project’s compliance with applicable
zoning requirements, parking standards, and Central Business District design
standards. The Planning Commission discussed revisions made since the
preliminary plan, including adjustments to the proposed parking configuration due

Mayor Bergquist provided an update and expressed her appreciation and pride
for the staff, volunteers, and community members who assisted in organizing

less than one week to plan the event and encountering a few challenges, the
celebration was well received and provided valuable lessons for future events.
Mayor Bergquist also shared that local businesses benefited from increased
all-day visitor activity and that the Town continues to experience a busy and
active summer season. She encouraged residents and visitors to remain
patient, welcoming, and respectful toward one another. …

without a regular meeting, noting that summer has officially arrived in
Grand Lake. She remarked on the transformation of the Town's year-round
population of approximately 400 residents into a major tourism
destination, expressing enthusiasm for the vibrancy of the local business
community. The Mayor noted that the Town currently has 18 restaurants
open, with a 19th anticipated within the coming month, and encouraged
residents and visitors alike to support local businesses, recognizing the
significant time, effort, and financial investment made by business owners
in the community.

Mayor Bergquist called the Board of Trustees meeting to order at 6:03
P.M. in the Town Hall Board Room.
Mayor Bergquist led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Bergquist requested that all cell phones be turned off during the
meeting.
Present: Mayor Bergquist; Trustees Causseaux, and Miller; Town
Manager Kudron; and Town Clerk Carrell.
Trustee Causseaux motioned to dismiss Mayor Pro-Tem Arntson and
Trustee Schoenherr from the workshop and evening meeting. Trustee
Miller seconded the motion, and Town Clerk Carrell called for a vote.

Mayor Bergquist called the Board of Trustees meeting to order at 6:03
P.M. in the Town Hall Board Room.
Mayor Bergquist led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Bergquist requested that all cell phones be turned off during the
meeting.
The Mayor announced that following the swearing-in of the Mayor and
Mayor Pro Tem, she will be excused from the remainder of the meeting.
Any questions regarding her absence should be directed to Town Manager
Kudron.
Present: Mayor Bergquist; Mayor Pro-Tem Sobon; Trustees Arntson,
Causseaux, Miller, Mills, and Schoenherr; Town Attorney Krob; Town
Manager Kudron; and Town Clerk Carrell.

Mayor Bergquist expressed her appreciation to the Board of Trustees for
their service and support, noting the upcoming transition. She gave special
thanks to Mayor Pro Tem Michael Sobon for his leadership, dedication,
and partnership, and wished him continued success in his future
endeavors.
