MILEMARKER REPAIRS: Dingle Ridge Road marker work approved by Board; work to start as soon as we get a warm day. John Griffin plans to complete the work this year. The Titicus Road milemarker needs work, as its top is broken off; the condition of the Grant Road marker is less dire; the HPC needs to decide if we should proceed with needed repairs and allocate the funds for the two markers.

DELANCEY HALL: Work is completed and officers will reoccupy week of November 2. Board plans for “Open House” on Veterans’ Day Nov 11 – we should discuss possible HPC presentation on that day (any volunteer to get involved?). HPC needs update on the status of Board considerations for window screens and north side railings.
6.
LOBDELL HOUSE REPAIRS: The Town Board is expected to approve this week (Oct. 27) a bid to put in new footings to shore up the building’s front porch. Other repairs may be needed.
