Commission to vote on farm split and new event venue permit
The Glenn County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on two major land use applications. The first is a request to divide an 86-acre agricultural parcel into four 21.5-acre lots. The second is a Conditional Use Permit for a private event venue at 7769 Lindsay Avenue, which includes renovating a barn and adding 85 parking spaces. Staff recommends approval for both projects, subject to specific conditions and environmental findings.
