Robert Grant praised the Highway Department on recent snow plowing and voiced his agreement with

Richard Schmidt spoke about concerns with the Brainerd Orderly Annexation issue that will come
before the board later in the month. Concerns were regarding the cost of hook ups, and about
comments made by Brainerd Community Development Director James Kramvik and Council member
Gabe Johnson.
