Folly Beach council to consider short-term rental moratorium and appeals
The Folly Beach City Council is holding a special committee meeting to discuss legal advice on the short-term rental ordinance and recent court rulings. The Folly Beach City Council will hold its regular meeting with several first and second readings of ordinances, including bans on drone-assisted fishing and drone operation rules, a lease for city property, and a septic inspection requirement for short-term rentals.
