Planning Commission Public Hearing

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a rezoning request for 39.46 acres in BOC District 4. The applicant seeks to rezone portions of the property to General Commercial (4.46 acres) and Multi-Family Residential (35 acres) for a mixed-use development, along with multiple variances related to buffers, setbacks, parking, and an existing wireless tower.
