Board to discuss self-storage deferral, retirement village extension, and $100K bike-ped grant
The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will hold an open session on June 11, 2026, to discuss and decide on several land-use and grant items. Key topics include a consultant presentation on self-service storage facilities, possible modification of the self-storage deferral ordinance, a public hearing to extend the retirement village deferral to October 1, 2026, and approval of a $100,000 grant for preliminary design of bicycle and pedestrian facilities in Finksburg.
