The Adelanto City Council will consider approving a $1,895,875 construction agreement with Sully-Miller for the Air Expressway Rehabilitation Project. At its June 17, 2026 regular meeting, the Adelanto Planning Commission voted 3-0 to approve Tentative Tract Map 17210, subdividing 20 acres into 82 residential lots (79 single-family and 3 for a retention basin) north of Bartlett Avenue and west of Stevens Road. The commission also adopted Resolution P-26-06, which includes a Mitigated Negative Declaration and conditions of approval. No other substantive items were on the agenda.
