Board of Elections & Registration

The Board of Elections and Registration will hold two meetings to review and certify the results of the May 19, 2026, General Primary. The board will also schedule a post-election audit.

Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning Commission will discuss a request to rezone 140.31 acres for poultry houses and a variance to convert a manufactured home into a storage building. The body will also receive updates on previous Board of Commissioners votes regarding several rezoning and variance applications.

The Commission approved a variance to convert an existing mobile home into a storage building at 2753 Prospect Rd, subject to a structural inspection and photos. The Board of Commissioners previously addressed several rezoning and variance requests via the Planning Commission's record.

Board of Assessors

The Board of Assessors will meet to review the 2026 Digest, consolidation sheets, and homesteads. The body will also address specific property appeals and CUVA applications.

The Board approved the Freeport list, one CUVA application, two CUVA release applications, three 69 Homestead exemption applications, and denied three other homestead exemption applications.
