DUNN COUNTY RECREATION PARK SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1REAL ESTATE LEASE AGREEMENT This Lease (hereinafter "Agreement") made and entered into this ___ day of _____ , 2018 2026, by and between the County of Dunn, (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Menomonie Youth Hockey Association, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"). The parties previously entered into a Lease Agreement on July 15, 2005, which has been subject to several amendments. This Agreement replaces the July 15, 2005, Lease Agreement between the parties, incorporates all of the amendments into the body of the agreement, and amends the description of the leased premises.
