SEQ CHAPTER \h \r 1REAL ESTATE LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease (hereinafter "Agreement") made and entered into this ___ day of _____ , 2018 2026, by and between the County of Dunn, (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Menomonie Youth Hockey Association, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee").
The parties previously entered into a Lease Agreement on July 15, 2005, which has been subject to several amendments. This Agreement replaces the July 15, 2005, Lease Agreement between the parties, incorporates all of the amendments into the body of the agreement, and amends the description of the leased premises.
In consideration of the mutual covenants and stipulations set out herein, County and Lessee agree as follows:
1. LEASED PREMISES
The Leased Premises consists of two buildings known as the Fanetti Community Center and the Ag Building, along with the space between and a perimeter surrounding said buildings sufficient for access, maintenance, and repair, or for alterations or modifications made pursuant to Article 7, and the sign located at the corner of Stout Road and 17th Street SE. In addition, Lessee shall have access and use of appurtenant parking areas for activities of Lessee or its invitees or licensees.
2. TERM OF LEASE
