Chairman Dave Kenworthy called the regular meeting of the Fairview Care Center Board to order at 3:30 P.M. on
July 28, 2026, at Fairview Care Center.

OPEN AGENDA: No additions. Motion by Toquam, second by Allen to approve the agenda, as submitted.

APPROVAL AND SIGNING OF MINUTES: Motion Toquam, second by Tjosaas to approve the minutes of June
2026, as presented. Motion carried.
NEXT BOARD MEETING: August 25th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Government Services Building.
PERSONNEL:. Brink discussed the personnel changes. There were quite a few new hires as well as terminations.
Seven of the terminations were on call employees. Motion by Tjosaas, second by Allen to approve the personnel
actions as presented. Motion carried.
WORKFORCE UPDATE –Workforce update was reviewed and discussed.
Ian Klingfus-Culinary Director- Klingfus shared with the board that his budget has bee appropriately followed
and ways they are reducing waste in the kitchen. Discussion continued.
