The Cumberland County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission were scheduled to
conduct a site visit on Wednesday, July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
The site visit was scheduled to begin in the parking lot behind the County Administration
Building, located at 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia 23040, with the purpose of
touring the Greensville Power Station, located at 2500 Rogers Road, Emporia, Virginia
23847.
Due to scheduling circumstances, the Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission were
unable to proceed with the site visit as scheduled. The site visit has therefore been cancelled.
