Planning Commission

City Council

The Historic Technical Advisory Committee is meeting to discuss murals in the historic district. The committee will review a City of Condon ordinance and a sample ordinance regarding these murals.

The Historic Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC) discussed a request for a steelhead fish mural on the Sweeney building. Because current sign ordinances limit murals to 200 square feet, the committee reached a consensus to create a new ordinance.
