I talked to Robin about that. Yeah. And she said that we wouldn't do this Monday. We'll do next Monday. Yeah. And just extend it then. And then... And then it'd just die off. And then as long as this persists, we'll just keep a meeting scheduled. Yeah, that's fine. So I've already talked to Rebecca and she's going to get it . It won't be Monday. It'll be the following Monday. What was that again, Rusty? Not this one, but the next one? You got it? Just c …

Thank you. I've asked Jacob to do the prayer. So I really love how Dawson did the Lord's Prayer the other day, so I'll lead us today in the Lord's Prayer. Thank you. left to consider are important to counties, so I'm here to share a federal policy update on a few of those items. Surface transportation reauthor ization, the Save America Act, NEPA reform, and perhaps everyone's favorite or least favorite topic, data centers. So I'll start with perhaps the most bipartisan of all of these, the surface transportation reauthorization, also called the highway bill. NACO has been pushing to increase the share of formula funding that comes to local governments, especially for bridges and safety projects, as well as retaining key discretionary grant opportunities that counties had the ability to access. Our top priority was the inclusion of a bill called the Basics Act, which would make a variety of changes to federal transportation policy to increase the share of formula funds going to local governments from 15% to 25%. This would also empower local planning organizations, so …

the discussion of possible action regarding approval of the 2026 cleveland county evaluation professor that's your your place on our agenda today gentlemen honor the guest here today this is a big day this is the 2026 cleveland county excise report to the excise board this is what everybody that gets that warm dollars once they get this report then they can take their estimate of the needs of the valuation of the excise board and the draft of the excise board and the draft of the excise board And that kind of gives you an estimate of what Cleveland County is doing. And obviously, a lot of counties would say, you know, Patro, and they're going the other way. Luckily, we're a little more of a county, but we've got a lot of other things. A lot of industrial, a lot of different things that help us continue. We've grown. We probably average 5% growth in the last 10 years. Some more, some less. But that allows us to improve services for employees. We get additional money there. So I'm going to give you, this isn't the true XR report. This is the one that's going to show, in the blue, it's going to show growth, where we had growth in the different areas. School districts, career tech, things like that. In the counties. So in a minute, I'm going to give you the actual true XR report. It's about. For anybody financial, whether it's CFOs, key financial officers, people that work for any figure, what we call a nominal tax rate, or a deal, these first three pages, that's all they look. T …

Most of the house is all 1969 original. Bathrooms, plumbing, electricity, electrical outlets are all shot throughout the house. Plumbing has collapsed in the wall in my utility room. Behind the wall in the master, in the major bathroom. In the, behind the sink in the master bathroom. It's just a small half bathroom. There's only one sink in the entire house that can be used right now and that's the kitchen sink. I haven't been able to use my utility room because that whole wall has filled with water, collapsed, flooded. The pipes are, like I said, 1969. I was, bought the house as a respiratory therapist, …

Go ahead and discuss. Okay. I know. Did you have anything new to bring before the board this time? I know we had a request. That I'm going to have Mr. Affleck present here briefly. Gentlemen, it is my request that you postpone this to the next meeting. When last month it was determined that we would continue this matter until today, I did not have an opportunity to check my calendar. And I already had a hearing at 10 a.m. this morning. And so I need to be at that hearing, obviously. And therefore, my request is to postpone this until the next meeting. I believe the next meeting is August 27th. I'm not sure. According to the website, that's the next meeting date, I've checked my calendar and I am available that morning. Okay. Well, let's go ahead and get Chris to give us a report from your office. Thank you. Yes. Are there any public comments? No. All right. We'll move on into the first item of business on the agenda . Thank you. There's discussion of the next item of the agenda. Thank you. We will be discussing the property. Mr. We appreciate that. All right. Very good. Well, the floor is yours, sir. Thank you very much. We were here a year ago. Don't know if you remember us. Hopefully you do. Okay. Save a little time right there. Okay. We moved next to a pump jack just to cover it again. Mm-hmm. We didn't mind about that because we have OCC DEQ state and local oversight protecting us. We lived there for 12 years. The operator installs last year an enclosed combustor, a 20 -foot flame, and it vibrated our home, which began this whole ball rolling. You helped us out back then. I appreciate that. However, it's been a year. Our taxes are back up because the assessor has gone pretty far up. So, kind of undid what we resolved last year. So, here's where we are today. A brief recap. Since the last time I saw you, this right here. A little visual aid. We're not going to go through it. We have gone to the limits of everything that we can do with the OCC. The OCC is compliant in helping our pump jack friends over there. They were operating without permits. We've proven that. Two permits. DEQ stepped in. They helped. They couldn't test water. That was for the city. We went to the city. Yeah, we'll help. We'll have our attorney write a letter. Crickets. We even had our local fir …
