Town Council

✓ Decided: Council approves Stotan Crossings annexation and industrial rezoning over resident opposition

The Town Council approved the contiguous annexation and conditional industrial rezoning of the Stotan Crossings property (Ordinance #2026-07-02) and the associated conditional rezoning (Ordinance #2026-07-01) with amended conditions, both by 5-0 votes. The council also approved the Arbors at East Village Phase II conditional rezoning (Ordinance #2026-04-01) and continued a public hearing for the Town PUB conventional rezoning to August 17, 2026, to allow for a neighborhood meeting. All votes were unanimous (5-0).
