After a unanimous voice vote the motion CARRIED. APPROVAL OF PAYABLES Initial confusion arose regarding a HECO bill for $29,665, which was believed to be a duplicate or an additional charge. It was clarified that the bill had already been paid (check cleared May 26th for the same amount).
