WHEREAS, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the City of Passaic adopted Resolution
No. 024-25 establishing the regular meeting schedule for Calendar Year 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to amend Resolution No. 024-25 to update the virtual
meeting information for the remaining regular meetings of Calendar Year 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the
City of Passaic as follows:

RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 024 -25 TO UPDATE THE VIRTUAL
MEETING INFORMATION FOR THE REMAINING REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
WHEREAS, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the City of Passaic adopted Resolution
No. 024-25 establishing the regular meeting schedule for Calendar Year 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to amend Resolution No. 024-25 to update the virtual
meeting information for the remaining regular meetings of Calendar Year 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the
City of Passaic as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED that the remaining regular meetings of the Alcoholic Beverage Control
Board for Calendar Year 2026 shall be held at 4:15 p.m. on the following dates:
