Health & Human Services Board

Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment approved a variance for Jeanne Mahun to keep stairs built outside the required shoreland corridor, with conditions for compliance. The Board also reconsidered and approved a variance for Robert and Mary Popple to transfer a portion of a substandard parcel from Roger and Sheila Thompson, following a court decision setting the purchase price at $33,000. The Popple variance was approved 4-1, while the Mahun variance was approved unanimously with amended conditions.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee unanimously forwarded a resolution authorizing the submission of a Community Development Block Grant application for the West Central Wisconsin Housing Region to the County Board. County Traffic Safety Commission

Criminal Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC)

The Community Well Drilling Ad Hoc Committee reviewed a report on the feasibility of using public wells as drinking water refill stations for residents with high nitrate levels.
