Call to Order Steve Bush called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Those present in person were Airport Manager Zech Papp, Steve Bush, Cory Bieganek, Clifton Brown, Randall Cone, Jim Oglesby, Phil Phillips, Robert Christiansen, Shawn O’Day, Commissioner P.T. Wood, Tara Miller, and Airport employee Ethan Smith. There were no participants in attendance via zoom. 2. Minutes for Approval Corey Bieganek moved to approve the May 27, 2026 Meeting Minutes. Phil Phillips seconded the motion. All approved. 3. Public Comments None. 4. New Business a. Land Lease Agreement Discussion – The land lease agreement was discussed at length. Zech reached out to a firm on the front range that deals with airport specific documents, such as lease agreements, standard operating procedures and rules and regulations. He’s going to get a proposal from them to see what the cost would be for them to revamp the Airport’s documents.
