I. Call to Order. Chairman Hodge called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
II. Roll Call. The zoning administrator called the roll. Present Commissioners: Jim Stevenson,
Chuck Joiner, Stephanie McDowell, Karen Curtis, Bill Hodge. Absent: Tim Hines, Peggy Irwin.
III. Minutes. The June minutes were unanimously approved on a motion by Commissioner Joiner,
seconded by Commissioner Curtis, 5-0.
V. Hearing Procedures: The Chairman reviewed the Hearing Procedures.
VI: Requests:
V-26-07-01: Setback Variance, zoned Agriculture, to reduce the 100 ft front setback requirement to
approximately 41 ft for a workshop. This property is located at 69 Dashboard Rd, Parcel #032-0004,

I. Call to Order. Chairman Doyal called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
II. Roll Call. The Zoning Administrator called the roll. Present: Jerry Doyal, Jeffrey Vance,

I. Call to Order. Chairman Doyal called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
II. Roll Call. The Zoning Administrator called the roll. Present: Jerry Doyal, Jeffrey Vance, Jamie
Beam, Paul Dement, Kim Hagen. Absent: Deaidra Wilson, Mike Land.
III. Minutes. The March minutes were unanimously approved on a motion by Commissioner Hagen,
seconded by Commissioner Vance, 5-0.

Dee Perry and Shane Sutton (from Thompson Gas) spoke in favor of the request. They explained that
having the tank there would help farmers and residents in the southern part of the county.

other than a propane tank on the 1 acre.
