The Housing and Community Development Committee will hold a hearing on five grant acceptances from HUD totaling over $77 million. The largest is a $50 million Continuum of Care grant for homeless services. Other grants include Community Development Block Grant, HOME, HOPWA, and Emergency Solutions funds.

Additionally, the Council will review and likely approve several revolving fund limits for Fiscal Year 2027, including up to $2 million for Boston Public Schools facilities and technology repairs, $1.5 million for emissions investments under BERDO, and funds for police, arts, and youth programs. Several appointments to architectural and landmarks commissions are also on the agenda.
