Planning Board to discuss zoning changes incl. new Hill's Crossing overlay district
The Belmont Planning Board is meeting remotely to continue several public hearings, including a request to amend a special permit at 45 Chestnut Street and a series of proposed zoning by-law amendments. These amendments would add definitions, establish a Transportation Demand Management section, and modify inclusionary housing and overlay districts, including a new Hill's Crossing Overlay District. The board will also consider changes to its own rules and regulations and discuss an affirmative fair housing marketing plan for McLean Zone 3. No new public hearings are scheduled.
